ANDE, ESSAP, Crédito Agrícola de Habilitación, MITIC, the Paraguayan Institute for Indigenous Affairs, the Ministry of Women, the Ministry of Children and Adolescents, the National Police, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, the National Emergency Secretariat, the Ministry of Justice, and the Paraguayan Institute of Handicrafts, among other institutions, are part of this initiative located along the Encarnación waterfront.
Among the services available to the public are ID card issuance by the Ministry of the Interior; the mobile clinic and vaccination services provided by the Ministry of Health; the purchase of fruits and vegetables; and housing options offered through beneficiaries of the Agricultural Development Credit Agency.
The presence of these institutions transforms the Fan Zone into a meeting point where sports, citizenship, and public services converge. While families enjoy Rally-related activities, they can access information, guidance, and various services all in one place.
For the organizers of the WRC ueno Rally del Paraguay, offering these spaces is another way to leverage the drawing power of a major sporting event, bringing the government to where the people are and turning the sporting celebration into an opportunity to bring services closer to the community and build connections with it.
