The training sessions, focused on “Communication with tourists and digital tools,” are designed to enhance the skills of residents and optimize service for the thousands of visitors expected to arrive in Itapúa in August. Key communities such as Coronel Bogado and San Juan del Paraná are already immersed in this preparation process.
The main objective of these training sessions is institutional strengthening and the improvement of skills in assertive communication and customer contact. Recognizing the importance of a positive first impression and quality service, SENATUR and the SNPP are working together to provide the host community with the necessary tools to interact effectively with the international audience.
In the words of Paraguay’s Minister of Tourism, “San Juan del Paraná and Coronel Bogado are getting ready for the World Rally Championship. Together with the SNPP, we are promoting key training in ‘Communication with tourists and digital tools’ for our residents. The goal is clear: to enhance skills, improve the visitor experience, and position Itapúa on the international tourism map. A strong commitment to local development!”
A Legacy Beyond the Rally
This initiative goes beyond mere preparation for the sporting event. It represents a firm commitment to local development and to positioning Itapúa as a first-class tourist destination on the international stage. By investing in the region’s human capital, the aim is not only to ensure the success of the Paraguay Rally, but also to build capacities that will benefit the community in the long term, promoting economic growth and the consolidation of the tourism sector in the area.
The Paraguay Rally promises to be not only a spectacle of speed and skill, but also an unparalleled opportunity for Itapúa to show the world its warmth, culture, and ability to welcome visitors with open arms and excellent service.
