During the event, MIC representatives presented the Training Needs Matrix for service providers in the districts that will be part of the World Rally circuit. This matrix represents a fundamental input for the Training Program promoted by the SNPP. The matrix was prepared after an exhaustive participatory survey process, which included interviews, workshops and meetings with service providers from key sectors such as tourism, gastronomy, transportation, lodging, logistics, distribution, among others.
The initiative seeks to align the SNPP’s training offer with the real demands of the territory, with the aim of raising the quality of the services that will be offered during the international sporting event, which will attract thousands of national and international visitors.

“The Paraguay Rally represents a historic opportunity for the south of the country. This project is a concrete commitment to the training, quality and competitiveness of our service providers,” said the MIC representative during the presentation.
The “Itapúa Rally Mode” project includes technical courses, practical workshops and intensive training programs, with emphasis on customer service, languages, safety standards, hospitality, maintenance and logistics. The training will be developed in the months prior to the rally, with decentralized venues in the key districts of the circuit.
This action is part of the National Government’s commitment to strengthen local capacities and promote sustainable economic development in strategic regions of the country.
